MANAGEMENT DISCUSSIONS AND ANALYSIS REPORT As the members are aware, the Company was incorporated in the year 2011. The Investment Division of Everlon Synthetics Ltd., was merged with the company (VPIL) in the year 2012. The Company is in discussions regarding investing and setting up of Solar Power Projects. However upto date, no projects have been finalized but the company is confident of finalizing the project in due course of time. DECLARATION A Code of Conduct for the Directors and Senior Management Personnel has already been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
