Closure of Trading Window Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 25th October, 2021 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2021. Further, to our earlier intimation given on 30th September, 2021 and as per the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and Designated Persons from the end of the quarter till Wednesday, 27th October, 2021 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results and shall re-open on Thursday, 28th October, 2021.
