Mindspace Business Parks REIThas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/09/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Governing Board of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers LLP, (?Manager?) manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT (?Mindspace REIT?), shall be held on Monday, September 14, 2020, in Mumbai inter-alia to consider and approve : i. issue of Listed, Rated, Principal Protected - Market Linked Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible rupee denominated Debentures of upto INR 500 crores, in one or more tranches, by Mindspace REIT and authorize the Executive Committee of the Manager for all the matters incidental or related to the issue of aforesaid Debentures; and ii. authorise the ?Executive Committee? of the Manager to inter-alia decide and approve, from time-to-time, any further borrowings as may be required to be made by Mindspace REIT upto 25% (twenty five percent) of the value of total assets of Mindspace REIT.
