RAMCO INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held at our Corporate Office at No: 98-A, Dr.Radhakrishnan Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004, on Friday the 11th August 2023 to consider inter-alia the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. In continuation of our letter dated 23rd June 2023, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) till 13th August 2023.
