Approval of the proposed project(s)/business plans for which the funds are intended to be raised. 3. Approval of the draft notice of Postal Ballot and related matters in connection with obtaining shareholders?approval for the proposed fund-raising activities and/or related resolutions, as may be required under applicable laws. 4.
