Further, the listing of Equity Shares will enhance our Company’s brand name and provide liquidity to the existing Shareholders. Our Company expects that the proposed listing will also provide a public market for the Equity Shares in India. The Selling Shareholders will be entitled to the entire p roceeds of the Offer after deducting the Offer expenses and relevant taxes thereon. Our Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer.
